"Easy checkout, but shipping cost showed up too late"
I had a good checkout experience on City Jeans overall. The pages loaded fine, adding my size to the cart was easy, and the payment steps were clear without being confusing. The only thing that bothered me was that the shipping cost didn’t show until near the end of checkout. I feel like that should’ve been shown earlier, and I’d expect an apology for making customers wait that long to see the full total. Other than that, everything worked well and I’d probably shop there again.

"Could use more payment options"
I wish they had more payment choices. I usually just go with whatever’s easiest in the moment, and if my usual option isn’t there, it feels like an extra little hurdle

"Good order overall, just pricey shipping"
I ordered from cityjeans and everything arrived just fine. The items were as described and there weren’t any issues with the order itself. The only thing is the shipping cost felt a little higher than I expected, which is why I wouldn’t give it 5 stars. I’d probably order again if shipping was cheaper or if there was a good deal going on.

"Some decent deals, but not everything was included"
I ended up ordering from cityjeans.com when they were running a promo, mostly just browsing at first and then found a couple things I liked. The checkout process was smooth, no real issues there, and the discount did take a little off the total. I will say, though, a few of the items I actually wanted weren’t part of the promotion, which was kind of disappointing. I might shop there again if they had a better sale or included more stuff in the discount.

I ordered for store pickup thinking it would be quick and easy, but I still ended up waiting around FOREVER. The staff seemed confused, and my item wasn’t ready even though the email said it would be. i wouldn’t bother doing it again.

"Not totally sure these are legit"
I ordered a pair and they showed up quickly, which was nice, but I’m not fully convinced they’re authentic. The tags looked a little different from the same brand I’ve bought before, and the material didn’t feel quite right either. Could just be me, but for the price I expected better. Customer service was fine, but I don’t think I’d order again

"I was kind of surprised my size…"
I was kind of surprised my size was actually available. Usually I click on something I like and it’s sold out immediately, which is always annoying. I was just browsing around, probably when I should’ve been doing something more productive, and there it was. Super easy win for once.

"Pretty good jeans, with a few small reservations"
I’m mostly happy with these jeans. They feel sturdy and the fit was pretty much right, which was a nice surprise. The quality is better than I expected for the price, though I’m not totally blown away by them. Still, they’re a solid pair and I’d probably buy them again.

I used City Jeans and it was smooth. The menus actually made sense, and I could narrow things down by brand and size without getting annoyed or clicking through a million pages. Checkout was quick, and it worked fine on my phone too. At first I was like, okay, this is just a basic jeans site… but then I realized, wait, that’s exactly what I wanted. No weird clutter, no drama, just a site that does its job. I’d use it again.

"Tracking Was Disappointing"
I was expecting the package to move a bit more on schedule and for the tracking updates to be clear, but that wasn’t really the case. It arrived later than I thought it would, and the updates were confusing enough that I couldn’t tell what was actually happening most of the time.

"Sizing was actually consistent"
I ordered the jeans twice, and both pairs fit pretty much the same, which I appreciate. Companies love to say their sizing is “reliable” or whatever, but half the time that feels like marketing talk. In this case, it actually made choosing my size easier. Only downside is I wish the shipping had been a bit faster

"Jeans Felt Overpriced"
The prices felt way too high for basic jeans. I ended up finding similar pairs for cheaper at other stores, so I’m not really sure what they’re charging so much for. Kind of on them for making it feel not worth it. Definitely left a bit disappointed.

"Packaging was seriously disappointing!!!"
I ordered from cityjeans.com and honestly... the package showed up in this super thin bag that was already ripped when I got it!!! The jeans had basically no protection at all, and they looked like they'd just been tossed around during shipping?? For what I paid, I really expected way better packaging. Disappointed!!!

I stopped by City Jeans and it was okay. They have some decent styles, mostly basic denim and casual everyday stuff, and I did find a couple things I liked. The weird part is, for a place focused on jeans and streetwear, the selection felt a little limited if you’re looking for newer or more unique pieces. Not bad at all, just kind of average for me.

Just a quick warning for anyone thinking about ordering these jeans: they’re close to what’s shown on the site, but mine did look a tiny bit darker in person. The fit and overall color were still really similar to the photos, so I’m not upset or anything. I’m happy with them overall, but I do wish they had more close-up pics so you know exactly what you’re getting before buying.

"Nice jeans, but the shipping was frustrating"
I was annoyed with how long shipping took. The tracking barely updated, and the jeans ended up arriving after the weekend I actually needed them for. The jeans themselves were fine, i was going to say I wouldn’t order again, but the product was decent. Still, the delivery experience wasn’t great.

I went in thinking it would be a quick, simple visit. I just needed a little help and figured someone would point me in the right direction. Instead, I stood there feeling invisible, and when I finally did get someone’s attention, the attitude made it even worse. It felt like I was bothering them just by asking. By the time I left, I knew I wouldn’t be going back.

"Not a ton of brand options"
I like it overall, but the brand selection feels limited to me. Maybe I’m just picky, but I kept expecting to see more names I recognize and didn’t really find them. It still works fine, so I guess it’s not a huge problem, but fewer brands makes it feel like there’s less to choose from, even if some of the options are probably good.
